In March 2020, when the motorways fell silent, I started paying closer attention to birdsong and sound walking. I recorded some audio from a local wood and created a project that might inspire others to listen and create sound scores inspired by the sonic landscape.

Highlights Rural Touring picked it up and ran it as a project #covidsoundscore and Teach Primary contacted me to write a piece about the project. You can read this article via the following link – check out the example scores from various young people. They really are stunning.
